Safari World


























Safari World and Marine Park in Bangkok is a fun day out for the whole family. The variety of things to see and do makes this a fun and enjoyable place for everybody. Coupled with Thai hospitality, Safari World is a kids paradise.
This huge park is divided into two areas, a drive through safari park and a marine park which also offers a number of shows.
The safari drive through offers a chance to view from close by wild animals from Africa and Asia on a 5 kilometer drive through African safari like wilderness. Here you can view thousands of animals like rhino, deer, bear, zebra, giraffe and many kinds of tropical birds in a natural like habitat. As you will get very close to the animals, this ride also provides excellent photo opportunities.
A separate area enclosed by double gates is home of the lions and the Bengal tigers. Every morning at 10 am the lions and tigers are being fed, which can be observed by visitors and is an unforgettable experience.

Marine Park

The second part of the park is the Marine Park, which is a walk through Zoo with a number of animal shows. Strollers are available for rent for the smaller kids at the entrance.
In this part of the park animals as walrus, orang utan, kangaroo, monkey, crocodile, tapir, all kinds of tropical birds and giant fish can be seen. Kids love the safari terrace where you can walk up a ramp to come face to face with the giraffes, which children can feed. Buckets of food can be bought for 40 Baht.
After lunch at 1:30 pm the dolphin show starts where these intelligent and friendly animals perform a number of tricks, playing with balls and effortlessly making somersaults.
Mini World is a place where you and the children can come in very close contact to a number of different species of birds. There is an aviary here where large tropical birds live and an area for smaller birds like parakeets. Feeding these little birds will soon bring dozens of them on your hands, arms and shoulders, a lovely experience for kids.
Safari World shows
Spy War is a spectacular action filled show with explosions, gunfire and para trooping stunts. The Cowboy show takes you back to the wild west and features a number of exciting stunts. Cowboys and villains fight it out with gunshots and fist fights.
Among the other attractions are the elephant show, White World, the Orang Utan show, the Amazon river thrill ride and the Sea Lions show.
There are restaurants at several locations in the park serving both Thai and European food. As it can get hot, drinking a lot of water is a good idea.

Safari World and Marine Park location

Safari World and Marine Park is located on the outskirts of Northern Bangkok some 45 minutes from the city center. All in all a full day trip, very entertaining for children and adults alike.

Opening hours

The Safari Park is open daily from 9 am till 4:30 pm. The Marine Park is open daily from 9 am till 5 pm.

Dream World on the outskirts of Bangkok is a large amusement park where young kids and teenagers as well as adults will have a great time.

Fun for teenagers and the youngest

This park has spectacular attractions like the Sky Coaster and the Hurricane for the older children and plenty of rides, games and fun things for the youngest ones.
For the thrill seekers looking for an adrenaline shot there are the “Sky Coaster”, a large hanging roller coaster, the “Viking” which is a swinging Viking boat, the “Hurricane” doing flips and somersaults over 20 meters above the ground and the “Flying Carpet” propelling you into the air and back towards the ground.
For smaller children there are lots of rides and fun things like the racing cars, sightseeing train, the antique car, the bump boat, Indian boat and many more.
There are water attractions like the “Super Splash”, a boat ride ending with a huge splash leaving everybody wet and the “Grand Canyon” where you can raft down the water rapids. The “Giant House” from the Jack and the Beanstalk fairy tale is an attraction that everybody can enjoy, where everything inside the house is at much larger size than normal. In Snow Town kids can enjoy a sleigh ride, build a snowman or throw snow balls, while the 4D Adventure features a movie with lots of special effects making it seem like you’re a part of it.
If you feel like racing, try the go-karts. Get a huge scare by the Werewolf, Dracula, Frankenstein and many others in the Haunted Mansion. In the Hollywood Action Show a SWAT team fights criminals in a movie like setting.
For smaller children there are animals shows where they can feed the animals after the show. There are plenty of fairground games to play where your kids can win stuffed toy animals. In the Dreamy Garden close to the park entrance you can have lots of funny photos made.
If you want to go from one end of the park to the other and don’t feel like walking, take the cable car giving you a good view of Dream World Amusement Park. You can even try a short ride on the back of an elephant.
All over the park all food stalls, ice cream and soft drink vendors and there are several restaurants that serve Thai and Western food, including a KFC.

How to get to Dream World

Although it is possible to reach Dream World by public transport, it will be a long and exhausting ride with stopovers, depending on where you start. By far the most convenient way is to buy a package with transfer from hotel, entrance tickets and lunch included.
If you are looking for a break from seeing the sights, Dream World Amusement Park is one of the best places to take the kids for a lot of fun. Entertainment and excitement for the whole family. At the entrance gate you can get a Dream World map to guide you through the park.





AYUTTHAYA










Ayutthaya is an ancient temple in lightly coat of gold with the beauty of his temple and is the Kingdom of Siam and also an ancient town. The city was founded in 1350 by King U Thong; this place became the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai. In 1767, the town was destroyed by the Burmese army, resulting in the collapse of the Kingdom. Ayutthaya Historical Park is the ruins of the former capital of the Kingdom of Siam. And internationally recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. As the main attraction in the ancient city of Thailand’s Heritage Site, by looking at the ancient temples and you can ride an elephant. Not far from there, her Palace of Bang PaIn, that is the Summer Palace the King of Thailand. This place became an important trade route in the past.
